CARPET CLEANING
Our carpet cleaning process begins with a carpet inspection conducted by an expert inspector. Our inspector will evaluate any stains to determine whether or not they can be removed and how. We are specialists in removing tough stains including Kool Aid type drink stains and pet stains.
Our inspector will also recommend solutions for other problem areas such as wear patterns, sun-faded areas, mold and mildew damage, pet urine, and any permanent staining. The inspector will then explain different cleaning methods and recommend the best course of action for returning your carpet to like-new condition.
CLEAN-FOR-HEALTH PROCESS
Our carpet cleaning procedure is a 7-step Clean-for-Health Process, following ALL the guidelines of the top certification firms and carpet manufacturers. These 7-steps will be tailored to your needs and the need of your carpet’s specific fiber make, as well as other factors uncovered during the carpet inspection.
Our primary carpet cleaning method consists of two separate procedures aimed at removing the dirt, grit, and contaminants that build up and act as abrasives between your carpet fibers. These two steps are required to thoroughly clean carpeting.
First the ground in dirt and other contaminants must be broken free from the carpet’s fibers. Next the now-emulsified dirt and contaminants must be thoroughly rinsed and extracted from the carpet
Unfortunately, most carpet cleaners don’t adequately complete these steps… as evidenced by the most common complaints nationwide about our industry.

The reality is, most companies condense into one or two steps, what is supposed to be multiple steps. Most companies are actually rinsing your carpet with the cleaning agent. There is no true rinse being performed.

- Next the suspended soils and contaminants are thoroughly removed with our powerful, clear water jet extraction system. Your carpets are left deep cleaned, bright and spring fresh, with rejuvenated nap and luster.
Our 7-step Clean-for-Health Process is completely safe for you, your children, pets, and your carpets. We’ll remove residues from previous cleanings along with the bacteria, allergens, and dust mites your carpet has trapped, and we’ll extract all of the gritty soil that cuts fibers and creates wear patterns.
